Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
There isnt any society formed for the last 10 years where i am staying. The builder is collecting all the maintenance and has no book of accounts maintained. The builder is one of the occupants among the flats and has approx 5-6 flats on a total of 20 flats. Whenever the maintenance is not paid within stipulated date or time, the builder disconnects the water connectivity. what action could be taken against him. Also, pl note that none of the flat owners are not comming forward to take the responsibility to form a society. what legal action could be taken against him.

i would like to see the sale deed and what it says on maintainance and the consequences of default.If this is a society you can bring the misconduct to the notice of the registrar of society. but without added fact i cannot give concrete advice. contact 9312411481.
