Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Sir,

There is one Commercial office Space about 100 Sq. ft. in Navi Mumbai. This is owned by my cousin brother. Now as per mutual understanding among our family this property has been allotted to me .

Sir, can my cousin brother give power of attorney to me / in favor of me. Full power to me for said property (power of attorney between two persons who are cousin brothers). Further I want to register the same. Pl. advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your cousin brother has to transfer the title of the commercial office space from his name to your name, either by way of a gift or sale deed. Power of attorney is not recommended.
