if their are 3 legal heirs after death of both parents ( 2 living daughters and mothers mother) and the property is transferred to only both the daughters can the mother's mother(naani) have a claim in the property at a later date. their was no will made by either of the parents

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the parents have left behind their Will that the title of their "estate" vests in their two daughters, the nani ceases to have any legal claim or right in the property.
