A Agriculture land purchased by a Father is distributed among himself and his two Sons. As there is always dispute between the Father and the Elder Son the Father wants to take back the land that is given to his Elder Son.Is it possible?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If he agricultural land is registered in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar in all three names, the father cannot subsequently delete the elder son's name from the records without the written consent of the elder son relinquishing his right to title and to delete his name from the title deeds.
