We have a flat In which Myself and My Father both are equal owner. He is incapable of going to Registarar office for siging Gift deed. What is the way out?

A way can be found out. You should talk to a local property lawyer. He can manage in registrar office.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can check the procedure of registration with the Family Court clerk if your father being bedridden, is not in a position to visit the Court to sign the registration papers in the presence of the Registrar.
