Bought a Brahma City plot,Gurgaon Sector 65 in Sep 2012 and paid up to 50%. No documents signed except application for provisional allotment. The refund clause says, �if the builder is unable to confirm the allotment within a period of one year, the buyer may opt for refund" company is refusin. help
