what can i do if my brother register her farming land to dealer or another person what is the legal process to get land back.pls give me satisfaction answer .

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your brother can register the agricultural land in another dealer's name if and only if your brother had the title to the land and he was the owner. not otherwise. if you are a joint owner of the land, simply tell the other person that you do not wish to give it to him and the registration is invalid since it does not bear your signatures thereto.
