Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

a builder sold his flat in two units to two seperate parties if one party portion is registered and second isnot done . if the first one wants to do the mutation process with n i t nagpur. how it will be possible?

If I were a second party I would not agree. The property needs to be registered in the name of the two buyers. If there is a flaw then the problem will remain intact and cause problems later on.
