Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a land/house recently, one of the boundary direction i.e., the boundary was mentioned as "West by Private Property" instead of "West by Road".
So, My questions are
1. Rectifying with West by Road becomes a corner site as North by also a Road. So, do I have to pay the stamp duty
2. This mistake is running for last 3 sale deed. Do I have to get rectified with all the 3 vendors. Not sure I can find first 2 vendors but I can find the last vendor who had sold to me.
Please suggest and advise.
