Dear sir
My father and mother was expired and my elder brother was missing and we have property in bhandup they not putting my name on sharing certificate and my father put nomination 50 Shar to mom 25 my share and 25 brother they told me to give 5000 for development charge and chembur In sra but it was under construction and in my father's account haveing same money I need guidance and your suggestion in this matter

After expiration of your father and mother the property devolve upon you and your brother and if the period of seven years has completed from the date of disappearance of your brother you can file suit for declaration asking declaration of you as the only legal heir of the property. You can also file for letter of administration or for succession certificate.
