Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Due to dispute with my father, my grand father sold his ancestral property, a portion of ancestral land to a third party and then he bought it from third party in the name of our uncles except my father. My Grandfather has died long ago. The total land including disputed land are undivided i.e. no mutation has done still now. That disputed land is now in the name of our uncles. They have the sale deed and purchase deed of that land. Are the Sale and Purchse deeds valid ? Can I demand that land for my portion ? Please clarify me.

Validity of the sale deed can be told only after verifying the paper.

Whereas, in the present case you can establish fraud and demand your right accordingly before the court.
