Flat purchased in unauthorised colony in delhi by hindu on power of attorney .How can it be sold to another by power of attorney holder and what documents are tl be executed AND if power of attorney holder wants his LRs tl inherit flat after his death ,what documents should he execute as he has POA ,agreement to sell ,possession letter ,receipt and Will from original seller in his favour .
