my grand father does agriculture land in previous 40 years but the land is not my father name the name should in kulkayda, now a previous 6 months my father is dead. In the act of the kulkayda can the land is transfer to the my name? if yes what should i do?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should contact the Tahsildar / District Registrar and follow the procedure for transfer of the "kulkayda" land in your name.
