Legal Question in Real Estate Law in United Kingdom
My house is built back to back and the other house front facing is devided into 2 flats. There is allocated parking for both flats at the rear which is my front of house. Can they erect sheds instead of parking as I find my privacy is invaded by them coming to and fro from their shed which holds personal property. If this is a parking space should it not be used so.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Today is Easter.
The parking space has to be built according to the UK Housing Department and Municipal rules and guidelines. In my view, the parking space is required to be a property constructed re-enforced concrete space, as a mere shed looks very shabby and spoils the get-up of the vicinity.

.
