Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I had a land in my mothers name but she is no more. Therefore that land has been transferred to all our 4 brothers. Out of which, 2 are working abroad. Now We all 4 brothers want to sale the land. But one of my relative had falsely prepared some papers and saying that this property has already been gifted to him by your mother. He is also scolding us that I will file a case against you and in that case you will not be able to work abroad.Now my question is:

(1) What legal action we can take in such case?

(2) Can we all 4 brothers sale that land?

(3) If he files a case against us.Can we work abroad or is there any problem.

Kindly reply and give us suggestions as we are facing lot of mental trauma.

Dear Sirs,

You should ask your relative to produce the original Gift deed to verify its authenticity. If false, you can straightaway sell the land with all four brothers signing the Sale Deed thereto.
