does landlord have rights 2 change locks wit no notice on commercial property? In indian law

during the term of tenancy, the landlord cannot change the locks as the same would amount to taking over of the possession. However, if the landlord has terminated the lease, and the terms of lease provide for taking over of possession after termination, then certainly the landlord will have the right.
