Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

A situation in which a man was induced to enter into an agreement to purchase a project land where consideration of about 43 crores was also paid by the purchaser, and the purchaser was given the date when the property will be given to him but that actually never happened, moreover the seller who was the director of the project later he was declared as being removed from the directorship, a dispute arose between the two directors of the project, claming that the so called seller was never given the right to sell the project land , but now the situation is that the purchaser has already invested in the said project and he want to get impleaded it the suit that is currently being going on between the various directors of the same project, how to implead the said person as a defendant in the present suit .
