Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I had legally bought half portion of a house, which was equally divided between two sisters through a registered partition deed. I have now sold this to a buyer through a registered sale deed. He presently occupies the whole house (including half portion which belongs to the present owner) and denies access to the present owner and has also filed a false trespassing case. He has filed a caveat in court and has sent us and the present owner a lawyer notice. what should we do. Pls reply

you too need to reply to the notice without seeing the documents it would be difficult to advice you.
