Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I had made 3 months agreement to purchase a site by paying 60 thousand, remaining 3 lacs 90 thousand will pay at the time of registration, but unfortunately I couldn't pay amount within 3 months. But after 8 months now I ready to pay amount of remaining and purchase, please suggest me

1) It is expired agreement. Wording has to be seen.
