Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am planning to buy a property. It was owned by a person who has 3 sons. The father dies. No will was written. The third son gets the power of attorney to sell the land from the 2 other brothers.
The 2 sons are settled in USA. My questions are
1. Can i buy this land just from the 3rd son ??
2. Do the other 2 sons need to sign the documents paper ?
3. Do all of the 3 sons and their legal heirs need to sign in the documents ?
4. Some of the legal heirs are in USA? How to handle this ?

In order to avoid any complications in future, you should ensure that all the three sons sign the Agreement for Sale.
