Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We purchased a flat in vashi for which owner wanted a token amount urgently. & we transferred 8 lacs in his account by cheque, now 1 month passed, he refuses to sign on the paper that he has received. Also MOU is not signed, the property papers required for bank conveyace deed, society registration & cidco transfer nothing is done by builder, now we want our money back. how can we get our whole money back without any deduction.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the Seller refuses to honour the Sale, he is legally bound to refund the entire token amount with interest back to you. You should politely request the Seller to immediately return back your money, failing which you should straightaway lodge an F"IR in the local Police Station for recovery of your money from him.
