Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have a room in a chawl in poisar, Kandivali(east), on that whole chawl My land loard and a person are having case and that case is ruuning in session court for last 15 years and now a few weeks back I have sold my house to a person and when he went to tranfer electicity bill in reliance energy ,the sescong person who is running case have filed a object in reliance energy hence my bill is not getting transfered so I could I solve this problem as the property belongs to me only and he is just running case in court with my land lord so I can sell my property na,

kundan may be there is a stay order restraining the transfer of ownership. Please check the court order and see. If there is no restraint order ask the reliance why they are not transfering.
