Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My husband died in 2012...I have a 14 yrs son...my sister in law has taken the three storied house and done probate...how can I got half portion for my son only...I am not staying there

Dear Sir/Ma'am, As you have not revealed me, that on which fund as your sister-in-law purchased mere Asset. thereby I could not answer your question specifically, and tell me for what purpose she needed a Probate? then I can answer you rightly, okay.
