Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Legal opinion sought can my husband and me stay in my deceased father in laws owned property. Since my mother in law and other brothers are not allowing us saying we cannot stay here.

Father in law has made a will and conferred his house to my husband, but will is under process for probate.

Till it is probated, the family is troubling us and saying they will complaint to police if we enter the house.

As it is Civil issue not Criminal issue, then barred from making any criminal prosecution, and no police can intervene in the said matter, and also you can file an application for probate approving,, certifying a Will for its geuniness, even coming out of your residing house..
