Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

A permitted to draw water from his well for the last 20 years by B but does not allow c who is residing nearby, C takes water from B, A refuses to permit B to draw a more water, can B claim any easementary right?

B cannot claim easement rights from C since the well belongs to A.
