Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

a person died in 1998 and now in 2013 can one of his daughter challenge his will because he was suffering from cancer when he made his will . The deceased was an educated person and the will does not carry his signatures but has his thumb print .

YES, the Will can be challenged till a Probate is obtained on the Will by the beneficiary named in the Will.
