Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

Received my letters of probate. Do I have to complete the sale of a house? What can happen if I choose not to complete sale? I have concerns regarding the contract.

Dear Sir,

Do what is right. Do not look for a legal way to breach a contract even if the contract has faults that can be rectified.

If however you believe that an injustice was done then seek redress.

If you choose to breach the contract then you face a claim against you for breach of contract, specific performance (the court can order you to complete same) damage of breach of contact and legal costs.

If you do not believe there is an injustice seek redress if not complete same.
