my husband and i divorced. he left a car to me to pay off. he is going to file bankrupcy now that it has been 3 years i have been paying payments. the car was left to me in writing in the divorce agreement. can he still file on the car and take it even though the payments arent behind?

In whose name is the car titled? Did your ex-husband execute a bill of sale to you? You have not provided enough information for your question to be answered correctly.
