Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Alabama
Surrender Vehicle
When I filed bankruptcy I chose to keep my vehicle. The bankruptcy was discharged. I owe more than the vehicle is worth. If I surrender the vehicle now will I owe anything to the finance company?

If you signed a reaffirmation agreement, and that agreement was properly filed with the Court, you can be sued for any deficiency that is owed on the car.
