Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
non-disclosure of major damage
recently purchased an 02 4runner.
wanted to trade it. cant trade due to severe frame damage and fire damage that had been repaired. went back to the original dealership. they said it was not their fault and they they didnt know about the damage. they said that it was inspected but not found. in alabama, are dealerships required to notify consumers of frame and fire damage prior to purchase?

Take all of your paperwork to am experienced consumer lawyer. You can possibly reject acceptance of the vehicle under the UCC and/or file an action under the Alabama Deceptive Practices Act.
