child support

i have to write a letter to the courts for a modification due to serious injury. I have had back surgry and have been out of work since august 2006 & unable to work & unable to tell when I will be able to go back to work. My child support continues to acrue and I have not been able to pay since aug, 2006. Can you Please help meto form a letter up or guide me to a site that can?

You should try to have an attorney assist you with this. I would charge around $500 to open a file on this. Other attorneys might be significantly cheaper. If you are unable to hire an attorney, you might contact the court and ask them to detail what they require of you, or failing that to direct you to legal aid.
