Joint Custody Power of Attorney
My husband has joint custody of his daughter - he is over seas in the military and gave me - his wife - childs step mother - power of attorney for child care and custody. his ex is denying visitation - what can i do - and what about child support with this poa can it be based/modified on my income? i need to know what rights i have.

You need to sit down with an attorney in your area and show him the power of attorney, etc. and discuss your situation. Normally, your income would have no bearing on the amount of child support.
