Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Please Help Me

I need help. My mother has custody of me and I would like to get it changed to my father. No matter what I do it is not settled because my mother lies about important facts to get her way, the people that are supposed to be there to help me (judges and lawyers) are not listening to me. They listen to my mother and I need for someone to help me. I am under a lot of stress due to this situation. I am a senior in high school and my grades are falling. I need to live with my father because he has clear rules and morals and my mother does not. My mother often lies to me about things and causes much stress and most of the time I do not know if what I do will be right or wrong to her. She allows me to do something and then changes her mind and is very unclear and unstable. Please help me. How can I get away from her so that my life is no longer affected by her unstability?

How old are you? You should be able to get your father to file a petition to change custody, with the help of an attorney. Please provide me with some more information.
