Legal Question in Insurance Law in Alabama
Burial policy 70 years old
My father's grandparents bought a burial policy for him when he was a young child. We just buried my father and the funeral home allowed us $250 the cash amount paid for the policy. Shouldn't the policy have paid for the funeral even though it was about 70 years old?

I would need to look at the policy first. I will not charge you anything to review the policy. If you like, contact my office at: 205 - 322 - 3747. My office is in Birmingham.
Thank you very much.
