Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Alabama
if there are 2 people on the lease and 1 wants out but they are not speaking to each other how does the 1 get out legally without breaking the law?

If you are on the lease you are probably jointly and severally liable to pay the lease. You can't get out just because you don't get along with the other person. Try to sublease with the lessee's permission.
