Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Alabama
I have been living in an apartment complex with substandard living environment. The first apartment I had to move out because of the plumming. They then moved me to another apartment within the same complex and now the entire complex is infected with flying termites.
Can I see the reality company for these horrific living arrangements?

Go online and get a copy of the Alabama Landlord Tenant Act. The landlord must fix conditions that make the apartment impossible to live in or let you out of the lease. The act will tell you just what to do.
