Getting medical bils covered

florida resident that was a passenger of georgia driver while visiting state of Alabama.The car behind us was rearended, which then rearended us. ended up in ER and don't know how to pay the bills.Is the vehicle I was in pay the bill the sue the others, or am I responsible to pay bills and try to recoup by suing thir insurance companies?

If the Georgia driver had full coverage, the driver may have had medical payment benefits which you can access to pay your bills. you may also make a claim against the other driver who rear-ended the vehicle behind you.
