Property seperation of deed

We have 5 acres and 5 names on the deed. How do we seperate our 1 acre?

In ourder to separate your acre, you need to have your acre surveyed out to get an accurate legal description. Once that's done, have an attorney prepare a deed in which all five property owners convey your part to you.
