No Will/Does spouse get a chid's share?
My Mother has no will. She has been married to her 3rd husband less than 10 years. What is he entitled to upon her death? Does he get a child's share?

It depends if there are children involved and how many.
The previous husbands, of course, will get nothing, but the present husband cannot be cut out of the will unless there was a prenup.
