Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Alaska

Appeals Procedure from State Court to Federal Court ( Where are the rules?)

Can you explain the appellate procedure from the Alaska Superior Courts to the Federal Courts and where to find the Rules of procedures for appealing to each higher court? (example: Ak. Superior Court to The Ak. Appellate Court= Ak. Civil Rule 212. Where do I find the rules of procedure to appeal to the Federal Courts?)

Going from state to federal court always depends upon the claim and all sorts of other issues.

I suggest your go down to your local law school textbook store and find the section on appellate law. Whole textbooks are written on this sort of thing. Or, place a call to your local bar association and see if you can get a specialist to spend a few minutes on the phone to give you a heads up.
