Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Bankruptcy
I paid to have my home remodeled and the work was not completed but was paid in full I took him to court and was awarded a judgement now he is filling bankruptcy am I just out all that money .

If he was a licensed contractor, then you can probably get paid from the Arizona Registrar of Contractor's Recovery Fund. Talk to a lawyer.
