Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Bankruptcy:
My wife and I filed chapter 13 in Oct. of 2007. We have been paying $205 a month since then. My father in law passed away on Oct. 31, 2008. He had a living trust her was living off the interest. When he passyed away it was then divided into 3 equal amounts for each living child. My wife is one of the childern. Does she get to keep this, invest this, or do we have to tell the trustee about this. I don't want her to lose this at thsi time in her life.
