Consfication of Driver's License

Can you tell me how a collection agency can have your driver's license consficated and suspended?

If you owe money on a judgment due to a car crash, then it might be possible to have your license suspended until the debt is paid. Otherwise, the collection agency cannot confiscate or suspend your license. If they have told you that, they may have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and you might be able to sue them for damages. See an attorney.
