credit card debts
I am 70 yrs old and have open credit card debts. I am not married and have no children. I am presently living with my sister & her husband--name removed--If I should die who is responsible for my debts?

Re: credit card debts
Your estate will be responsible for the debts. If your estate doesn't have enough assets to cover the debts, then they just don't get paid. Nobody else can be held responsible for your debts.
