Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona
Internet Advertising
Smart Advertising Solutions charged
me $8,000 for advertising a website
that hasn't made a dime all year,
and now they're going after $5,000
on a credit card with me & the credit
card co. holding them off, but they
tell me on the phone they can win this case because they have my signature. I say they got my signature by telling me it would
make me a lot of money from home
and actually no money at all has been made with their advertising
of the website they sold me, so
why do I owe them an arm and a leg? Please advise. Thank you.

Re: Internet Advertising
It all depends on what your contract says and what they said in the contract or verbally re promises of results. If the contract does not promise results you may or may not have to pay the balance. If they fraudulently induced you to enter the contract, you may be able to fight the remaining fee. If you would like further consult, please contact my office.
