Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Post convictin release
AZ-my son has spent 2 years in prison for drug related charges and just before he was set for release, new charges were brought against him. He has been convicted and is now looking at 2 more years. The judge mentioned ''unreasonable delay''. What do I do?
