Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I went to prison...
Jan. 2001, I served 3.75 years for having 'narcotics', it's been almost five years now, since I got out, eight since the conviction, can my records be expunged so I can get a better job?

Unfortunately, expungement is not available in your situation because you went to state prison.
Options you might want to consider, which might be possible at least at some point, are Certificate of Rehabilitation and maybe even a pardon.

Expungement is not allowed if any prison time was sentenced or served.
