Rape at place of employment
my 17yo daughter was raped by another employee at the place of employment.
The employer is covering for the rapist and informed him that the police were looking for him so he could leave town
Can we sue the business for the emotional distress and trauma it has caused her?

There are a lot of factors that affect whether or not there is a good case, and if there is, what damages can be recovered.
