Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am not an American citizen -- what are my rights in case my husband wants to d

Hi,

I was born in Europe, and I came to this country in April of 1996. I have been married to an American man since May'96. He never wanted me to work, so I totally depend on him financially. Now he tells me that he will throw me out of the house without any money, credit cards, or the car. I need to know what my rights are, if I can expect him to pay me alimony, how much and for how long, and if he can be forced to pay for my attorney fees (because I don't have any money of my own). Can he really leave me without a cent because I am not an American citizen yet? Please, help.

Thanks,

Natalie

P.S. Please, don't contact me other than through my e-mail address. Thanks.
