Can a lesbian couple, married in Massachusetts, now living in Arizona, file for divorce in Arizona? Or do we need to file in Massachusetts?

Yes! You most definitely can now file for divorce in Arizona. Beginning October 17th of last year, Arizona started recognizing and solemnizing same-sex marriages, which also means permitting same-sex divorce. It's really just a divorce, doesn't matter the gender of the parties. I happen to focus on same-sex family law work and would be glad to see if I can help you with this matter. Best of luck!
Yes, in Arizona you can now file for divorce, if you are a same sex couple. You can also marry in Arizona, if you are a same sex couple.
However, you will need to reside in the state of Arizona for at least 6 months and in the county where you now reside for at least the last 3 months of that 6 months, before you can file.
